Kenyon Andrews, M.S., stands at the forefront of K-12 education as a Reading and Literacy Specialist. He is known for his unique expertise in supporting neurodiverse and gifted learners and those with exceptional needs. His leadership is instrumental in fostering diverse school cultures, having introduced transformative professional tools and spearheaded a school-wide initiative to reshape behavioral interactions with students.
With extensive experience spanning educational and behavioral specialties, integration coordination, mental health first-aid, policy maker, and influential roles with the Texas State Teachers Association, National Educators Association, Texas Teach Plus, and 100 Black Men of America’s health and wellness committee, Mr. Andrews manifests a dynamic impact that transcends the boundaries of the traditional classroom.
As a respected contributor to psychological research and scholarly publishing communities, Mr. Andrews empowers educators through his insightful work, enabling them to acknowledge their sociocultural biases, stimulate personal development, and deepen their understanding of students with exceptional disabilities. An esteemed alumnus of Southern New Hampshire University and current doctoral candidate at Barry University, Kenyon combines his academic prowess with entrepreneurial spirit as the founder of BraveSpaceCultivators, an innovative initiative dedicated to cultivating safe environments for BIPOC professionals.
