Biography

Sylvia was born in Moab, Utah and raised in the red rocks of Southern Utah. As the SPARC Director and having earned her Master's degree in Research Administration from Johns Hopkins University, Sylvia is happiest when learning and supporting others. However, that happiness is definitely multiplied when surrounded by the cool mountain air, aspen leaves, pine trees, and -of course- her family!
