About us Army Contracting Command-Rock Island provides full-spectrum acquisition support for six main customers and additional contracting support to more than 30 other Army and Department of Defense-level customers. We support a diverse contracting mission divided into three buying directorates and an Operations Directorate encompassing Acquisition Quality Training; Business Operations; Contracting Operations; and Pricing.
