This Cycle is the foundation upon which we build each engagement – one that is then customized to address your specific needs, goals, and local context. **We offer three core services: consultation, implementation, and training.** - **Consultation:** We’ll partner with you to optimize your work in governance, operations, human resources, and capitalization. From strategic planning and capital campaign planning to executive search, infrastructure projects, and building the “Ideal Board”, we’re here to help you go next level with confidence. - **Implementation:** Need transitional support, a start-up team, or an extra hand to break through a capacity roadblock? We offer interim executive management and departmental support in areas like marketing, fundraising, and programming, helping you move forward seamlessly. And, what we can’t provide, we will help you find amongst our network of trusted providers. - **Training:** Through our Global Arts Management Fellowship, community-based capacity-building programs, online classroom, and day-long board intensives, we create high-intensity, potent learning environments to supercharge today’s leaders, and catalyze the next generation of nonprofit managers.
