Who We Are Founded in 2001 as a 501c3, The Enterline Foundation has donated more than $7M to accelerate impact to organizations who support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and the professionals who support them. The Foundation is currently focused on fulfilling three roles: grantmaking, capacity building and collaborating with other funders. Vision The Enterline Foundation envisions an adequately resourced, efficient, and innovative system of support and services leading to an improved quality of life for all persons with IDD, their families and the professionals who support them. Mission The Enterline Foundation leverages resources, relationships, and experience to promote a sustainable system of service and support that improves the lives of individuals with IDD. Values Leadership The Foundation strives to provide leadership in the sector and to strengthen and encourage organizational leaders. Sustainability The Foundation stewards it resources for long term viability and seeks organizational projects that are sustainable beyond the term of the grant. Collaboration Working together for the greater good, sharing success and lessons learned expands our impact. Open Minded The Foundation seeks to foster relationships with, learn from and support organizations offering a wide range of programs and services. Resourcefulness The Foundation believes there isn't just one solution to most challenges and admires organizations who creatively solve problems. Dedication We are inspired by those who show unwavering dedication to ensuring meaningful and purposeful lives for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Compassion Understanding the lived experience of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their families and those who support them drives our work. Adaptability The Foundation aligns resources and processes to respond quickly based on the changing needs and conditions of grantees and the people they support.
