We foster experiences that renew the human spirit and promote community vitality. **Strategic Plan** The IDPR strategic plan sets the organization’s direction and guides its allocation of resources. The plan provides direction for the Department and sets measurable goals regarding performance over a four-year period. The plan must also identify those key factors external to the Department and beyond its control that could significantly affect the achievement of the strategic plan goals and objectives.
