**Our Vision** Communities where families love to live and businesses thrive **Our Mission** The mission of the Iowa West Foundation is to improve lives and strengthen communities for current and future generations. We do this by: - Catalyzing creativity and collaboration - Empowering partners for community success - Fostering leadership that reflects the community - Supporting people-focused outcomes **Who We Are** The Iowa West Foundation is made up of nine staff members, a 16-member volunteer board of directors comprised of community leaders from throughout Pottawattamie County, two ex-officios (a representative from the City Council and the Pottawattamie County Board of Supervisors), and 11 volunteer Advisory Committee members, who review grant applications.
