What is Live Green Howard? Live Green Howard is a project of Howard County Government in Maryland. Sustainability, environment, being “green,” is a part of so many agencies and areas outside the government, that we have attempted to bring it all together in one place. The overall goals of Live Green Howard are to: - Increase Howard County residents’ knowledge about local sustainability issues. - Increase Howard County residents’ participation in Howard County government and non-government sustainability projects. - Collect Howard County government sustainability and environmental programs in one online location, LiveGreenHoward.com. Live Green Howard also communicates with the community through social media and email.
