Minneapolis Jewish Federation envisions a Jewish community that is empowered, engaged, and inspired to realize its full potential. How do we do it? Through our expertise in fundraising and community planning — and through your passion. On top of all that, we have the support of JFNA. As a proud member of the Jewish Federations of North America (JFNA), a nationwide humanitarian organization representing a large network of Jewish communities, we find strength and solidarity by collaborating with other Jewish Federations, all working together to support Jewish communities both locally and globally. OUR EXPERTISE We foster engagement in Jewish life, which strengthens Jewish identity, cultivates vibrant ties with Israel, and supports Jews in need. YOUR PASSION Because of the strength and support of our community we can leverage resources, leaders, and organizations to help the agencies we work with and the programs we support — the places that make up a thriving Jewish community — innovate, upgrade, and often simply exist. OUR MISSION Minneapolis Jewish Federation promotes a culture of philanthropy, leverages financial and professional resources to meet local and global Jewish needs, and facilitates community planning to ensure a thriving and secure future at home, in Israel, and around the world. At Minneapolis Jewish Federation, your support raises and distributes tens of millions of dollars annually to support Jewish organizations in Minneapolis, nationally, and around the world.
