Zero-Based Training and Education Review implemented to train and develop, approve, resource, execute, and assess education requirements.
The Task Force for Excellence through Commitment to Education and Learning (EXCEL) formed to revolutionize how the Navy trains for the ever-changing battlespace by making Navy training more adaptable to new technologies and warfighting tactics.

Starbase Atlantis created for community outreach to increase interest in STEM programs in youth.

Integrated Learning Environment streamlined the learning process, automated learning, and delivered learning to Navy personnel in their own homes. Renamed Naval Education and Training Command (NETC).

At its core, RRL is about creating more proficient and technically capable Sailors as they head to operational fleet units.
