Making a Nordson Impact in our Communities Nordson has a long and proud history of investing in the communities where we live and work. We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our neighbors through various corporate and employee-led volunteering and giving efforts, as well as through our nonprofit partnerships. We encourage all employees to make an impact in our communities in ways most meaningful to them, and we provide opportunities to get involved through six community engagement programs, that, together, create The Nordson Impact: The Nordson Corporation Foundation provides grants to local nonprofits, distributed by local employee-led committees.
