**Our Mission** ***To improve the lives of people in our community.*** **Our Vision** We envision a community that works together to ensure children succeed in school, individuals live healthy lives, and everyone has the opportunity to achieve financial well-being. **Our Work** How do we fulfil our mission towards our vision? Through a three-pronged approach. First, we fund local nonprofit organizations who are making an impact to those in need. Second, we provide direct service programs and solutions. Finally, we collaborate with all sectors to avoid working in silos and ensuring our community works together. **Inclusivity** United Way of North Idaho aspires to live in an inclusive community where all individuals have access to resources and opportunity for a life of physical and mental health in fulfillment of their greatest potential. **Code of Ethics** United Way of North Idaho is committed to maintaining high ethical standards.
