Biography
Sarah Saddler is an Assistant Professor of Theater in the Department of Fine and Performing Arts at Baruch College, City University of New York, where she teaches courses on arts management and leadership, applied theatre, theatre history, and improvisation. Her research explores the role of theater and performance in global management theory and practice, with a focus on the use of theater techniques in business settings in the United States, India, and South Africa. Sarah has held Andrew W. Mellon Postdoctoral Fellowships at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and Centre for Humanities Research at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, and she previously advanced equity education and social justice arts programming in the Twin Cities public school district.
