Description
The Division of Human Resource Management (HRM) is responsible for ensuring NSF's 1,500 staff members can accomplish the important work of the Foundation by providing excellent customer service and support services in the areas of benefits and work/life programs, learning and development, employee and labor relations, staffing and recruiting, and strategic human capital planning. As a result of HRM's excellent customer service and support for staff, NSF ranks among the Top 10 Best Midsize Places to Work.
KEY SERVICES
The extensive benefits and work/life programs at NSF provide staff the support they need to carry out the mission of the agency while also managing their everyday lives. Each of these areas of support help ensure that NSF is hiring, supporting, and retaining the best employees to forge the frontier in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
