A Team of Teams The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command is a world-class team of science and technology experts, explorers and developers who are fully focused on empowering the future American Soldier. The DEVCOM Team is formed by U.S. Army Soldiers, Civilians and contractors. Engineers, scientists, technicians and analysts, many of whom are the Army’s leading experts in their fields, form part of the team. They leverage cutting-edge technologies, such as synthetic biology, hypersonic weapons, quantum, energetics, autonomy, robotics and artificial intelligence to empower the American Soldier with the data and ability to see, sense, make decisions and act faster than our adversaries – today and in the future. Mission Accelerate research, development, engineering and analysis to deliver warfighter capabilities. Vision DEVCOM is the Army’s leader and integrator within a global ecosystem of technological innovation and scientific exploration. End-State Warfighters have the combat capabilities necessary to WIN on the battlefield of the future.
