For over six decades, the DEVCOM Aviation Missile Center has been at the forefront of aviation and missile technology. As the trusted organization for both incremental improvements and groundbreaking advancements, we have consistently supported our mission partners through all phases - from early science and technology research (ST) to fielding and sustainment.
The AvMC team – approximately 12,000 strong – are the innovators, researchers, and the world-class scientists and engineers who are driving the discoveries and innovations critical to realizing the new capabilities for the Army of the future. Headquartered at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, our reach extends from coast to coast, with locations at Moffett Field, California; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Corpus Christi, Texas; Honolulu, Hawaii and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
AvMC is a part of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Futures Command.

- Delegated Airworthiness Authority for the Army

- Hardware-In-the-Loop Models Simulations for Aviation Missile Systems
